Coaching is an upward journey done in partnership.

For some, this means a deeply investigative process towards understanding human nature, achieved through a sequential and philosophical clarification of our relationship to reality and the universe.

For others, it means goal-setting and a careful co-creation of a realistic action plan that can be immediately pursued with measurable results.

Whatever form it takes, it’s designed to help you better yourself.

Chemistry Session

FREE OF CHARGE (Approx. 15-45 minutes)

This is our initial no-strings-attached meeting, where you can ask me whatever you want to know about me or the coaching process while also telling me a bit about what you are looking to achieve with my help. Then, we work to decide together on the applicability of coaching and, if we have time, its preferred style.

Chemistry sessions are scheduled via e-mail.

Pay-As-You-Go Sessions

£40 PER SESSION (Approx. 1.5 hour each)

This is what you’re really here for–the actual coaching sessions. Pay-as-you-go simply means that you will be invoiced after each session for £40 or its international market equivalence (tax-included) plus any needed travel fees. I use this payment model because it makes the most sense for you and I. This way, we keep it organic; shortening and lengthening the coaching relationship as required.

FREE OF CHARGE (Approx. 15-30 minutes each)

At this point, you have had your coaching and absorbed its benefits. These check-in sessions are great opportunities to reflect on your journey thus far.

You can schedule up to 2 free check-in sessions after finishing your coaching. These meetings are done exclusively online and are entirely optional.
